CAD design
Not quite sure what you want? We can take a rough concept and help you explore it, turning it into a 3D model you can pan and zoom in on. And when you’re ready, we can create detailed blueprints to record the critical dimensions for manufacturing.
Rapid prototyping / 3D printing

Additive manufacturing enables us to prototype your idea quickly using inexpensive plastics before committing the design to steel.
Turning and threading

The lathe allows us to put accurate features on cylindrical objects.
Milling and precision drilling

MIlling allows us to turn hunks of metal in to precise shapes and geometries, produce cutouts, and add screw holes.
TIG, MIG welding & light fabrication
Sheet – 16mm thick
If your project is a bit more complex, we can cut, shape and weld aluminium and steel to get it done.
